Sarah Dyer established Pamodzi Consulting in 2007. Tiyende Pamodzi comes from Chinanjya language spoken in Zambia and Malawi meaning “we work together so that we can develop”. Sarah often heard this phrase during the years she lived and worked in Zambia. She chose it as the name for her consultancy practice as it reflects her way collaborative way of working with clients and her network of associates.
Sarah is part of a global network of independent consultants, development practitioners, management consultancy groups, civil society organisations and social enterprises. She draws on this broad range of skills and expertise in her practice to help her deliver high quality and contextually relevant technical assistance and management advisory services.
Pamodzi Consulting’s office is located in North Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

This is includes working in areas where there is insecurity and post conflict locations. A particular focus of our work is on equity and inclusive development policy and practice. Sarah has specific skills and expertise in disability inclusive rights and development.
