Pamodzi Consulting works collaboratively to provide individually tailored management and technical advice services for high quality and successful practice in development.

Sarah Dyer established Pamodzi Consulting in 2007. Tiyende Pamodzi comes from Chinanjya language spoken in Zambia and Malawi meaning “we work together so that we can develop”. Sarah often heard this phrase during the years she lived and worked in Zambia. She chose it as the name for her consultancy practice as it reflects her way collaborative way of working with clients and her network of associates.

Sarah is part of a global network of independent consultants, development practitioners, management consultancy groups, civil society organisations and social enterprises.
